I began my holistic healing journey back in 2005 where I was willing to try any ‘alternative or complimentary’ based healing modalities in an attempt to regain my health. Having suffered from a number of health issues throughout my life,
I realised that it was time for positive change! I wasn’t fully aware of this at the time but, deep down, I wanted my life to be different and I couldn’t go on living the same way any longer. I knew there had to be something out there that could help me get well and I was determined to find it!
What began as a personal search for self-healing turned into a passion for learning and understanding what holistic treatments have to offer and how they can help a person heal. I believe it is possible to awaken your ‘inner healer’ and experience true self-transformation so you can live a life of vibrant health emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
I made the transition from the world of Hospitality into Holistic Healing and began my studies back in 2009. I have studied Reiki and a number of other Healing Modalities in both Dubai, Australia, Bangkok and Cyprus.
