I'm passionate about learning and believe we should always remain open-minded and teachable. To become our best selves, we must continue to grow and seize opportunities.
Many of us feel a need and desire for healing, which may lead to learning Reiki. Not only can we help ourselves by learning this special gift, but we can also share it with others. The Usui System is simple and fun to learn. The capacity to use universal life force energy for healing is transferred by an experienced Reiki Master Teacher through an attunement process and specific form of teaching. |

Join me on this Meditative Journey to explore the many different types of Meditation available to us so you can expand your spiritual tool box and find exactly what you need when you continue your practice at home. Meditation is one of the most recommended mindfulness practices for mind-body-spirit well-being so whether you're new to meditation or you're deepening your practice, this journey inward can offer lasting benefits that positively impact your life & those around you.
Every day, every moment is different so why not experience the same freedom in the way we meditate? Why not have a choice? Options? The ability to try different things so you can feel what’s right for you and then choose from a wide variety of diverse Meditations. We may prefer a certain type of Meditation for a period of time and get into a regular routine but we can also be flexible, change things up and keep our Meditation practice fresh, interesting, exciting! This Journey allows you to experience all kinds of Meditative Practices to find balance, improved concentration, clarity, reduced stress levels, emotional stability, vibrant well-being and an ability to handle whatever life throws at you with a measure of awareness, insight, compassion, kindness, practicality & a sense of humour! How freeing it is to get better at being able to witness how our life unfolds, stepping into the role of the observer rather than getting so embroiled and bogged down in the humdrum of daily life. It can be overwhelming at times as we try to embrace our humanity; however, Meditation offers us the key to move through life with more ease, flow & lightheartedness as we adapt to the ever changing environment around us. This Meditation Journey is split into 8 parts, covering a couple of Meditations each session. It can be completed daily, weekly or over the course of full days upon request. Each class will last approximately 90 minutes with time for reflection, sharing and discussion. |

Its possible to find deep healing when we share with another person, in a group and in quiet contemplation on our own. I value all of these avenues to healing but what I’ve found to be true is that when a group of like-minded and like-hearted people come together in circle; sharing our joy with others, doubles that joy and sharing our sorrow, halves that sorrow.
Rachel Naomi Remen, Author of Kitchen Table Wisdom, believes “we heal best in community” and I know from experience that its through our collective wisdom, kindness, love, understanding and compassion that we can help one another embrace healing on profound levels. My Circle of Trust is built on a framework that brings out the best in people, alleviates suffering and deepens your capacity to heal. It can also help you access your own inner guidance to determine where the greatest healing - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - can occur. It encourages each person to treat one another with kindness and respect, hold one another’s stories in confidence, free from judgment and honor each other’s unique path to healing without advising, fixing or rescuing. Deriving from practices of Native Americans, First Nations and indigenous peoples, the Circle Process also allows for the formation of relationships, the honoring of voices and the creation of unity bringing people together as equals. It is this 'human connection' that I want to foster and nurture in the community because when we speak our truth from the heart, we give ourselves and each other permission to be vulnerable and authentic. Open to all genders; Circle of Trust is a safe, compassionate space to speak, listen, reflect, question, share, learn, grow, evolve as we focus on different themes/spiritual principles. This takes place bi-monthly and will last approximately 90 mins. |
