Reiki Level 1
Pre-requisite: Students need to be 13 yrs and above. No previous Reiki experience is required.
Let your journey of self-discovery and healing begin! Once you learn Reiki, this gift remains with you for life! When learning Reiki Level 1, the student receives 4 attunements from myself, a qualified Reiki Master-Teacher during this 2-day course. These attunements will raise the energetic vibration of the student to allow them to channel healing energy from the Universe. The Course includes 1 day of theory/discussion and a second day of practical hands-on experience. In this Course you will learn:
- The history of Reiki
- The benefits of Reiki and how energy affects the human body
- Develop an understanding of the Chakras and their association to human anatomy
- The Reiki hand positions for treatments on yourself and others
- The ability to become sensitized and feel the Reiki energy flow and stop
- How to give a treatment and the preparation required
- All Courses are taught in small groups to maximise the learning experience
