It's possible to find deep healing when we share with another person, in a group and in quiet contemplation on our own. I value all of these avenues to healing but what I’ve also found to be true is when a group of like-minded and like-hearted people come together in CIRCLE; sharing our joy with others, doubles that joy and sharing our sorrow, halves that sorrow.
Rachel Naomi Remen, Author of Kitchen Table Wisdom, believes “we heal best in community” and I know from experience that its through our collective wisdom, kindness, love, understanding and compassion that we can help one another embrace healing on profound levels. |
What can you gain from joining?
• My Circle of Trust is built on a framework that brings out the best in people, alleviates suffering and deepens your capacity to heal. • It can help you access your own inner guidance to determine where the greatest healing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - can occur. • It encourages each person to treat one another with kindness and respect, holding one another’s stories in confidence, free from judgment and honoring each other’s unique path to healing without advising, fixing or rescuing. • Deriving from practices of Native Americans, First Nations and indigenous peoples, the Circle Process allows for the formation of relationships, the honoring of voices and the creation of unity bringing people together as equals. • It is this ‘human connection’ that I want to foster and nurture in the community because when we speak our truth from the heart, giving ourselves permission to be vulnerable and authentic, deep transformation and healing occurs.
