A Journey of Self-Discovery and Transformation
In 2009, I made the transition from the world of Hospitality where I was based in PR/Marketing to Holistic Healing and began my studies to re-qualify in this field. My focus centred around Reiki which expanded into many other healing modalities which I learnt in Dubai, Australia, Bangkok and Cyprus.
What began as a personal search for self-healing turned into a passion for learning and understanding what holistic treatments have to offer and how they can help a person heal.
I believe it's possible to awaken your ‘inner healer’ and experience true self-transformation so you can live a life of vibrant health emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. This is what I want to help guide others towards achieving so that people can find freedom from their suffering, no matter what that is or how it manifests in your life. Every single person on this planet is worthy and deserving of receiving that support and healing touch....

Holistic practices are a natural detoxifier for the mind, body and spirit which are not intended to serve as a band-aid or one time fix.
They offer us the opportunity to embark on an ongoing journey of self-discovery in search of deeper meaning, awareness and understanding that leads us back to love. Ultimately; living better, feeling good, navigating life's ups and down with greater ease and flow, being healthier and striving for wholeness so we can be guided by our heart. |

• All people have innate healing powers • The client or student is a person, not a disease • Healing takes a team approach involving the client and practitioner, addressing all aspects of a person's life. Other healing modalities or practices may be suggested. • Treatment involves addressing the cause of the condition, not just alleviating the symptoms. • There is no such thing as too much holistic healing. Your body will receive exactly what it needs. |
